Annette is an outstanding colleague and top-shelf instructional designer. During the time Annette worked in the Training Department at Overstock.com, she displayed great initiative in completing available training and certification courses while doing superb work on a number of company products, some of which are still in use! She is personable and has the amazing ability to fill in the blanks where the guidance falls short--her products always delighted me because quality always exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Annette fnot only for her expertise as an instructional designer, but also for her maturity and leadership skills.

One of Annette’s best qualities is that she looks at instructional design projects from the vantage of what is in the best interest of not just a specific audience, but the organization as a whole. She is able to identify how her day to day tasks and accomplishments can transfer into greater productivity for the team, value to the client, and success for the company.

She has the ability to stay up to date with innovations in elearning, but also to see beyond her own position and make decisions without being swayed by the latest and greatest technology bandwagon. She is constantly looking for the ROI in the end product she delivers to the client and fine tuning her approach to maximize user engagement and efficiency in production.

I enjoyed working with Annette. In addition to being dedicated to her job she was also a wonderful personality and an out-going and positive addition to the office.

I worked with Annette on hundreds of projects over 8 years. Her creativity was really fun and she always infused projects with energy to try something new. She's able to turn dry technical content into engaging learner experiences. It really surprised me at first. Then she did it consistently and it made content projects much more interesting. Annette really knows her tools and uses them effectively to innovate. She's a really fun person to know and would fit seamlessly into any team.
