Our Story
I cringe every time I hear someone use the term "Training." Humans learn, dogs are trained. Why are we treating humans like poorly behaved house pets?! The end goal of the courses we build is for the learner to leave with the ability to DO. We establish this by building courses with scenarios and real life interactions where the learner physically is applying the knowledge they have learned. This also gives them the satisfaction at the end of "What's in it for me?" Since they actually apply what they learned and go "Wow! I'm smart!" Think, video game like learning. I like to add humor throughout as well to keep the learners listening. I am very passionate and proud of the work I deliver. You will not be disappointed!

Annette is very passionate about e-learning outcomes and enjoys the more creative she can be with the content she is given. Within her 15 years of experience in multiple genres this passion shows in her creativity throughout her projects. Not only has she displayed her passion, she has taught it at multiple e-learning conferences. She is also certified in adult learning theory and instructional design for trainers. Give her the content and let her run with it. Who knew learning could be so fun!
